Over the years since the release of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt by CD Projekt Red on PC and all major consoles, several hundred mods has been released on the nexusmods website. While CDPR has moved on to other ambitious projects – namely Cyberpunk 2077, the fanbase and community of the Witcher 3 remains strong and continues to grow.
Not your Average Vegetables
Introducing the Radish Modding Tools. Just released on to nexusmods, this toolset will allow to not only edit existing game files and data but now create custom story quests. This will allow players to create and inject their own adventures into the world of the Witcher, much like players have been doing for other titles like Bethesda’s Fallout4. The Raddish Modding Tools are not easy to use and not recommended for beginners.
Not Much Growing Yet.
For the moment there is very little modder created quest content available. Unsurprising given that the recentness of the toolsets release. The Raddish toolset currently boasts multiple UI for Storyboarding, Environments, and Quests. There are also a variety of graphics editors, command line tools and encoders. What is available currently is a proof of concept mod that also demonstrates definition set up. Raddish will be updated as bugs are fixed and new support features added. You can see a sample of what Radish is capable of below: –
