A Peruvian game retailer LawGamers might have revealed the release date for The Last Us part 2. According to this rumor, Naughty Dog’s game is set to be released in October 2019.
The Last Of Us Part 2 has been one of the most anticipated releases for 2019, and despite there hasn’t been an official announcement for the game to be launched this year, fans have major reasons to believe it. The music composer for the game Gustavo Santaolalla released a soundtrack description for the game Part II with a copyright date set to 2019, and an ex-IGN editor tweeted that it is 100% confirmed that the sequel will be launching on 2019.
This is not the first leak for The Last Of Us Part II release date, as in the past Amazon Italy also leaked an unrealistic date in March. However, LAWGAMERS launched a poster with a more credible date set for October.
All these leaks and clues are giving hope to the fans that this could be the year for the release, but with sunny stepping down from the E3 this year for the first time in 24 years, it’s unclear how are they planning to give us the details for the final date.
According to the previous teaser the story is set to introduce a religious cult call the Seraphites, who could represent a great risk for the survivors.
If the Last Of us Part II does get released in this Fall, it will be possibly competing against Square Enix’s much-anticipated game Batman: Arkham Crisis, And EA’s Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
