After its official revealed in Japan back in September, Dr Kawashima’s Brain Training is available now for Europe and Australia.
Brain Training was released back in 2006 on Nintendo’s DS, and it became one of the most popular DS games at that time. It was one of those games that everyone could enjoy with the hope of one day, becoming a genius. But we all know by now that didn’t happen. Still, it was an excellent game to demonstrate your superiority between your cousins in the family reunions.
Dr. Kawashima’s Brain Training is back with new exercises. The physical version even comes with a stylus. However, if you get it through the Nintendo eShop, you can still play with your fingers with no problem.
As in the first game, Brain Training will show you your “brain age” after you finished your training as an incentive for players to improve their performance.
In addition, a new feature has been included, The World Brain Training Championship, which allows family and friends to compete for the highest ranking in different exercises. Gamers will also be able to share their daily results through email and their Nintendo Switch Online family group.
As for a North America release, Nintendo hasn’t revealed any potential date yet.
